A. Refund Disbursement

  • Refund processing time varies based on refund type and payment method chosen.
  • The refund period begins once AllsBD has processed your refund in accordance with your specific refund type.
  • The refund amount includes the item price and shipping fee for the returned product.

B.Refund Options

  • Return Refund: A refund will be processed once your returned item reaches the warehouse and passes quality control (QC) checks. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return an item.
  • Cancellation Refund: If you cancel your order successfully, a refund will be automatically initiated.
  • Failed Delivery Refund: If the delivery of your item fails and it is returned to the seller, a refund process will be initiated. The time for this process may vary depending on your shipping address.

Returns and Refunds Policy

                                                   Refund Modes

a.Bank Deposit:

Description: The refund amount will be deposited into the provided bank account, which should be active and have a balance.

b.Debit Card or Credit Card:

  • Description: If the refunded amount does not appear in your card statement after completion and you have received a notification from AllsBD, please contact your personal bank.

c.bKash / Rocket / Nagad Mobile Wallet:

  • Description: Similar to bank deposit, the refund will be credited to the same mobile account details used for payment.
  • Refund Voucher:
  • Description: Vouchers will be sent to the customer’s registered email ID on AllsBD and can be redeemed using the same email ID.
  • Important Notes:
  • Voucher Usage: The discount code of a refund voucher can be applied only once. Any leftover amount will not be refunded or carried forward to the next purchase, even if the order value is lower than the voucher value.
  • Cash Back Adjustment: In case of a refund, any received cash back amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.

Our returns policy ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily initiate a return request on the AllsBD app or website. Please make sure to raise the request within 14 days for AllsBDMall items or within 7 days for non-AllsBDMall items from the date of delivery. For electronic appliances and mobile phones, we also provide assistance for issues that may arise after the return policy period, as long as the product is covered under the seller warranty or brand warranty. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and for selected categories, we accept returns in such cases as well. For further details, please refer to our Return Policy per Category section. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to address valid reasons for returns, including damaged or defective products, incomplete deliveries, incorrect items, discrepancies in product description or picture, and sizing issues.

Change of Mind: Applicable for return and refund (excluding non-AllsBDMall items shipped from overseas).

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Item: Refund issued based on AllsBD’s assessment.

Condition of Items: Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Bags, Eyewear, Jewelry, Watches, Women’s Intimate Apparel & Men’s Innerwear, Custom-made items, Fine Jewelry (gold, diamonds, gems, etc.).

Change of Mind: Not applicable for return and refund.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Item: Refund issued based on AllsBD’s assessment.

Device-related Issues: Check if the item is covered under Seller or Brand Warranty.

Non-Returnable Items: All types of Beauty Services.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items: If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on AllsBD’s assessment.

  • Computing and Gaming:

Laptops, Certified Refurbished Laptops, Components, Processors, Projectors, Storage, Printers, Scanners, Headphones, Speakers, Consoles & PC / Video Games, Gaming Consoles & Accessories, Software CDs: Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund. Refunds will be issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Used items cannot be returned. For laptops with brand warranty, returns are only accepted if the device is dead on arrival. Once the brand seal is opened or removed, contact the seller or brand warranty provider for manufacturer’s warranty information. Non-returnable items include software products labelled as such.

  • TVs, Audios & Cameras:

Televisions, Headphones, Speakers, Cameras, Drones, Lenses, Flashes, Filters, Microphones, Video Glasses, Remote Controllers, Musical Instruments, Audio & Entertainment Equipment, Portable Players, Other Accessories: Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund. Refunds will be issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

For device-related issues after the return policy period, check if the item is covered under Seller or Brand Warranty. Non-returnable items include movies, TV series, and music vouchers or services.
